General Pest Control Prices
Our pest sprays include internal and external applications, this covers the inside of your home, treating the roof cavity, the internal of garage and outdoor areas including the fence line, entertainment alfresco areas, sheds, outdoor furniture and the clothes line.
All of our treatments come with a warranty that we stand behind. We will advise you of the warranty periods when we are quoting and after the treatment your technician will go through with you on what it entails and what you can expect in the days and weeks after your treatment ( yes you will find dead pests!)
Every price above is a starting price and includes GST. Extra living areas, a bigger block or a second storey will add to it.

Webbing spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, earwigs and the rest of the crawling insects that come into a house.
It is a surface treatment, so it works on anything that walks across the areas we have treated.
Please note: flying insects cannot be targeted unless they come into contact of the applied treaments on floors or around window and door frames.
If one particular pest has really taken hold, that is a separate targeted treatment and we will quote it for seperately
Rodent, Possum And Ant Control Prices
Rodent Control
Baiting is done inside the roof cavity and accessible subfloor. We will do blocking of holes and openings in and around the home for mice as long as it’s within our scope of work.
Please note, if additional rodent proofing is required, we advise you of what your home needs and how to have it recified.
Possum Removal
This is typically up to five visits: We inspect your roof to see what we are dealing with and then to work out where it is getting in.
We may need to set up a camera to help with identification of entry points. Once we know, a one way door is installed.
When the possum has exited, we seal the entry point so it cannot get back in.
Ant Control
Ants can be tricky and often hard to target the nest. We will discuss all with you on the phone and provide a costing once we know the situation. You will also have an estimate beforehand so there won’t be any surprises along the way.

The size of the home. Bedrooms are the shorthand, but extra living areas are what really move it. A three bedroom home with two living rooms, a study and a rumpus takes longer than the bedroom count suggests.
Whether the house has a subfloor. For rodents it matters a lot. A house up on stumps gives them a whole level to move around and access wall cavities too. Provides the highway to activity
The block. A bigger block means more fence line, more garden and more outbuildings, and all of it is part of an external treatment.
What Happens On The Day Of Your Pest Treatment
If we treat inside, the house needs to be empty for four hours afterwards. Worth planning before we arrive, particularly if you have young children, a dog or someone working from home.
